If you are a retailer or would like to become a distributor and have a current seller permit # Please fill out the following form and hit the submit button. We will verify your information and send you a Login & Password that will allow you to place wholesale orders online. Orders can be paid for online via credit card or PayPal or can be shipped C.O.D.
